Donate Blood NEXT MONDAY in MYKA's honor!

Myka's life has been dramatically improved because of blood transfusions.  In fact, her liver transplant surgery earlier this year wouldn't have been possible without transfused blood.  Where does this additional blood come from?  Good question.

The Central Blood Bank in Pittsburgh supplies dozens of area hospitals with blood, including Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.  Where do they get it?  From donors like YOU!

It's quite possible that when you give blood, you could be helping a child in need like Myka.  With that in mind, would you consider joining our family to donate blood in Myka's honor, NEXT MONDAY - OCTOBER 9th, right here in Monroeville at Harvest Bible Chapel?  Take advantage of the Columbus Day holiday that gives many schools, financial institutions & other businesses the day off.  Appointments begin at noon and wrap up between 6-7pm.  The whole process takes roughly 45 minutes.

CLICK HERE for all the promotional information from the Central Blood Bank and find out how to register to donate blood next Monday.  Contact Myka's mom, Regan (, with questions or for more details.  We hope to see you there!

Richie, Regan, Alivia & Myka

Note: Donated blood from October 9th goes directly to Central Blood Bank to use at their discretion to help Pittsburgh-area individuals in need of transfusions.  Myka is not currently scheduled for a transfusion and will not directly receive any of the blood donated on OCT 9th, but rather we're using her story to give back to the CBB for the great service they offer to our community!
